All students will need to acquire the TIP from the Office of Motor Vehicles and proof of enrollment from their high school.

Below is a list of our main courses.

38 Hour Course

This course is for students under 18.

Students may begin the classroom (30 hour) portion of this course at age 14 & 9 months,
and may complete the driving (8 hours) portion upon turning 15.   These classes are usually held on two consecutive weekends per month.  We also hold class during school holidays which are usually completed in four consecutive days.  The driving portion is scheduled after the classroom portion is completed and the knowledge test is passed.  Driving is normally scheduled for four 2-hour sessions.  Please be prepared with your preferences regarding dates and times (weekends, weekdays, after-school, mornings, afternoons, etc).

Under normal circumstances, driving is completed approximately 4-5 weeks after the last day of class.  Due to the unusual circumstances we find ourselves facing, drive times may be as far as 6-8 weeks after the last day of class.  The classroom portion is $100 and due on the first day of class.  The $250 for the driving portion may be paid on the first day of driving. There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee which will save the student's seat in the classroom.

14 Hour Course

Students must be 18 or older to attend this course which consists of six hours in the classroom and 8 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction.

The 14 hour course is similar to the 38 hour course on the timeline of things. First you would complete a 6 hour in class portion and then pass the written exam.
We usually hold class once a month in Moss Bluff on either a Saturday or Sunday. Times will vary.
After this is completed then we will start to schedule your driving. Please talk with you instructor or the office about your specific schedule that you have.
Once completing all necessary steps then you are able to get your license. If we feel like you are ready to take the Road Skills Test, we will inform you and we can complete it on your last day of scheduled driving.
**Note there is an additional charge for the Road Skills Test that is not included in the price at $50.00.
